How much are Art Basel Miami Beach tickets?

Art Basel sells Miami Beach tickets through its official online ticket shop, and availability is limited. As of October 25, 2026, the official page lists general tickets and premium passes but doesn't show 2026 prices in its public text, so check the ticket shop for current rates before you plan your budget.

A few practical tips:

  • Buy online in advance. Public-day tickets can sell out, especially for Saturday.
  • Arrive at opening. Getting there at 11 AM gives you the most time on the showfloor before the afternoon rush.
  • Only buy from Art Basel. Resold or "VIP" badges from third parties may not be valid.

How much do the other fairs cost?

These are the confirmed 2026 prices we found on official fair sites:

  • Art Miami and CONTEXT: $71 for one day, $184 for a multi-day pass (which also includes one day at Aqua Art Miami), $48 for seniors 62+ and students 12 to 18, and $330 for VIP. Children 12 and under are free with a ticketed adult. Tickets are online only, with no box office on site (Art Miami).
  • Design Miami, Untitled, NADA and the other fairs: each sells its own tickets on its official site. An Art Basel ticket does not get you into other fairs.

What can you do for free during Miami Art Week?

You can see a lot of great art during Art Week without buying a fair ticket:

  • James Turrell outdoor work: Art Basel, the Turrell Art Foundation and Pace Gallery are unveiling a new outdoor body of work by James Turrell that is free to the public (Art Basel).
  • Between Tides in Collins Park: Public Art Fund is presenting six artist-designed ping-pong tables you can actually play on. It's free and steps from the Convention Center.
  • ICA Miami: free admission Wednesday to Sunday, 11 AM to 6 PM, at 61 NE 41st Street in the Design District. Reserve timed tickets online (ICA Miami).
  • PAMM Thursday nights: Pérez Art Museum Miami is free every Thursday after 5 PM and open until 9 PM, which makes Thursday, December 3 a great free night (PAMM).
  • Street art: walking Wynwood's murals and galleries costs nothing.

How do you get around during Miami Art Week?

Traffic on the causeways between Miami and Miami Beach gets very heavy during Art Week. Plan for travel between neighborhoods to take longer than usual.

  • Use the free trolley on Miami Beach. The citywide trolley runs 8 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, about every 20 minutes. The Middle Beach Loop stops at the Convention Center and Collins Park (City of Miami Beach). Track trolleys live with the Miami Beach Trolley Tracker.
  • Group your days by neighborhood. Do Art Basel, Design Miami, Collins Park and Untitled on the same day. Save NADA, Art Miami, ICA Miami and Wynwood for a mainland day.
  • Walk or use rideshare near the Convention Center. City garages fill up quickly during fair hours.
  • Book your hotel early. Art Basel week is one of the most expensive weeks of the year for Miami hotels. See our guide to the best time to visit Miami.

Our guide to visiting Miami for an event covers where to stay and how to get between neighborhoods.
