Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant in Doral hosts Dinner After Dark on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The spooky season Wine Club pairing dinner opens with a Violet Reaction cocktail you build yourself, then runs through roasted garlic focaccia, braised beef and root vegetable stew, autumn squash ravioli with scallops, snow crab and shrimp, and chocolate caramel bread pudding. Pours include the 21st Anniversary Dry Red Magnum, Lux Chardonnay and the 21st Anniversary Sweet Red Magnum.
